These are too good for words and easy to make at the same time. They've been a

most requested bring along to parties, picnics, BBQ's or as an answer to what

could I make you? Enjoy! ...Peace, Donna

" Big Sur 70's Brownies "

2 ounces of unsweetened baking chocolate

2 large eggs slightly beaten

1/3 cup butter

1 cup sugar

1 cup walnuts, chopped

1 tsp. vanilla

1/2 cup flour

1/2 tsp. baking powder

1/4 tsp. salt

* optional handful of white chocolate chips, even a scoop of peanut butter is

good stirred into the batter, my friend leaves out the nuts and puts in raisins,

etc.

Grease 8X8 pan. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Melt butter and chocolate together. (I now use the microwave, back then I used

the stove). Remove from microwave and place in bowl.

Add remaining ingredients and mix well until everything is well blended and

smooth.

Place in prepared pan and bake 23-25 minutes or until toothpick is almost clean.

(Brownies always stain the toothpick LOL ).
