made the Spaghetti Pie last night

and it was so good! Had a lovely side salad with lettuce from my garden.

 

I used some left over Smartgrounds and added a small can of organic

tomato sauce to the filling and I skipped the egg white in the filling.

Had the leftovers for lunch today and got comments about how good it

smelled (must have been the garlic).

 

I want to make the Spinach dish next with that strange pasta, ancini

de pepe? Hahaha I don't think it's called that. But do you think I

could make it with orzo instead?

 

Have any of you tried Better Than Boullion? They make an organic

vegetable one and it is so good! I've added it to anything I boil.

It's so much easier to use than the cubes. I'm amazed at some of the

things this grocer carries!
