Guest guest
I made this the other evening. I eyeballed the measurments for my tastes and added cayenne pepper as an ingredient. I'm going to be making this from now on instead of buying the jarred stuff. That can get expensive. As well this just tastes fresher. Next time, though, I'm going to be reading lables and making sure that the canned tamaters I get do not contain sugar. While I didn't mind that so much and it was neat that the flavor was different, I think I would really really really like it even more, minus that sugaryness. ---- Susies Salsa 14.5 oz Can diced tomatoes 1/2 Onion 1 to 2 Cloves garlic Handful of cilantro 2 Serrano chiles Juice of 1/2 lime Salt, to taste Cumin, to taste Blend to desired consistency (small or fine chunks) Eat fresh
