Guest guest
GurkenSalat (cucumber salad) roast 1 TL (tsp) sesame peel , halve, core and in cut into strings/lines add salt, pepper mix with 2 EL (tbsp) rice vinegar and 3 TL (tsp) sherry or soy sauce sprinkle with sesame seeds according to my recipe book this is a 'japanese cucumber salad' but I don't know much about japanese cooking so I'll just assume it is? Let me know how it is-I've actually never made it, jsut always paired it with a regular green salad! , " rwhitt1212 " <critters> wrote: > Hi, > I'd really like some of those German Recipes.... > I actually have German in me but never learned to cook anything other > than meat dishes from the German side. > I remember eating cucmbers with thinly sliced onions salt and pepper > and some vinegar.
