[DW- veggie weight loss

I tend to eat more grains but I tend to pair them with fruits and

veggies (cereal and fruit, pasta with tomato sauce and veggies,

etc). When I first became a veggie I researched a bunch

of 'vegeterian food pyramids' and took the best of what I found and

I try to follow that guideline everyday. And I don't allow myself

any sweets unless I've already had a veggie portion that day. Though

most of the time, I'm already filled up and had so many tastes and

flavors I pass on the sweets anyway. :)
