Guest guest
I tend to eat more grains but I tend to pair them with fruits and veggies (cereal and fruit, pasta with tomato sauce and veggies, etc). When I first became a veggie I researched a bunch of 'vegeterian food pyramids' and took the best of what I found and I try to follow that guideline everyday. And I don't allow myself any sweets unless I've already had a veggie portion that day. Though most of the time, I'm already filled up and had so many tastes and flavors I pass on the sweets anyway. , J Lyn <poet_atrabilious> wrote: > I tend to eat a lot of salad and fruits. However, I eat just about whatever seems good. Sometimes I get too carb heavy so then I have to readjust once I notice that. When I first started I kept a food log. When I feel like I'm eating to many carbs like bread, white rice, etc. or not enough veggies then I start logging it again. It helps me regroup and stay more consistant. Then I can also tell how what I was eating meshed with how I was feeling at the time. It works for me l > > J Lyn > > > > absnyorkies <dwintercove> wrote: > What would you say your diet staple is?
