Guest guest
I tend to eat a lot of salad and fruits. However, I eat just about whatever seems good. Sometimes I get too carb heavy so then I have to readjust once I notice that. When I first started I kept a food log. When I feel like I'm eating to many carbs like bread, white rice, etc. or not enough veggies then I start logging it again. It helps me regroup and stay more consistant. Then I can also tell how what I was eating meshed with how I was feeling at the time. It works for me l J Lyn absnyorkies <dwintercove wrote: What would you say your diet staple is? More toward grains, veggies, tofu, salads etc. My hair stylist is a teeny tiny vegetarian and eats more veggies/grains/noodles than the tofu meals and she looks good and healthy. dw , J Lyn <poet_atrabilious> wrote: > Yes, > I have lost over 20 pounds in 8 weeks simply by switching to vegetarian. I was amazed because I wasn't even really trying to. That was without any extra exercise as well. Before I even noticed I was loosing weight (my mom just said, " hey, you look smaller! " one day out of the clear blue) that I felt " lighter " . Until I stopped eating it, I never realized how heavy burgers and such really were! I noticed that I did not feel so grumpy or depressed either! Both unexpeceted " side affects! " > > J Lyn > > > >I was wondering...
