I'll post the rice pizza pie dish for you in a short while. That's wonderful your daughter loves cooking in the kitchen with you, Mom always gave me such good tips in the kitchen growing up. I didn't pay much attention at the time but when I started to cook I could tell I did absorb much of what I watched and I heard her say. I make lots of her recipes now and have posted a few.
