Guest guest
For those who don't know, kamut is an ancient relative of wheat. It's said that some people who are sensitive to regular wheat don't have the problems with kamut, but I don't know if that's true. Go to http://www.kamut.com/english/ for more information. There a recipes here, too. I live just this side of the middle of nowhere, no Whole Foods, Trader Joes or World Market. There is a local natural foods co-op that I shop at, and that's where I found the kamut spirals, made by Eden: http://www.edenfoods.com/store/product_info.php?cPath=22_34 & products_id=101100 Turns out its a pretty good source of iron, too. And really tasty. sarah __ Sports Rekindle the Rivalries. Sign up for Fantasy Football http://football.fantasysports.
