Guest guest
Gosh, we were talking aboput fibro the other night before you joined. I listed good books my Mom has. If you need any I'll list again. This is a dreaded disease for sure. All of the sudden so many people have it now. Your energy is very low and your pain is high, isn't it? Keep your chin up, we will help you with ideas and the files are jammed with great recipes. Hugs, Donna bookjunky wrote: Hi Donna, thanks for your advice. I do have a store nearby where I can buy the flaxseed. I am going to try the flaxseed on soup...one of my favorite things to eat. Thanks again, Kay
Guest guest
Go to the files and find a lentil loaf to make. It freezes well, slices for sandwixhes, crumbles for tacos. You will love one of those. I'm addicted, easy to make and the leftovers are great. I believe 3 different members posted those 3 different loaves.............D bookjunky wrote: In a message dated 6/20/2005 11:14:31 PM US Eastern Standard Time, thelilacflower writes: > Your energy is very low and your pain is high, isn't it? I have so much back pain, too....I have arthritis, too, unfortunaately. I have had physical therapy and the exercises they taught me to do help somewhat. I can't wait to go through the files and look at all the recipes. I have always enjoyed cooking and baking....just can't do as much as I used to. Thanks for all your help....it is truly appreciated.
