I looked at a few labels and this is what I found around the kitchen: Special K cereal dry 1/2 cup has 45 % of your daily req. of iron. Cream of Wheat dry 3 tablespoons has 60 % TVP dry granules has 15% walnuts 1/4 cup 6% Yves brand veggie bolonga 1 serving has 20% Hope this helps you some....Donna bookjunky wrote: Donna, thank you for the recipe.
