along with the fatigue and pain comes depression and a feeling of worthlessness.

My Mom was always non-stop baking, cleaning, etc. person. Now she has been

stopped in her tracks since her strength and energy are so low, and it's very

hard on her plus the pain is so bad. She is much better with the knowledge she

gained from these books. Do I make my cookies as

directed just using spelt flour in place of the all purpose? I'll give it

another try...Thanks, Donna

severe case too. She was the reason I originally tried spelt flour and I use it

whenever I can. I love making chocolate chip cookies with it sweetened with

apple juice. YUM!

I find that with a lot of these types of illness/disease that deal with pain

doctors are little help. My mom found help with her back problems through a pain

management doctor after 6 years of chronic back pain. That is also the doctor

who refered her to the surgery that has changed her life...disc replacement!

I need to read up a lot more on Fibromyalgia. I just know it causes a lot of

pain and fatigue.

CQ10 , rest, self help books on the disease, very little or no sugar, good diet

have helped my Mom. She has leg pains and her calfs ache. She has a severe

case. The doctors don't help her either. Donna

imagine her adjusting her diet

in any way, however, especially if it involves cutting out white

flour. I will still mention some of the suggestions I've heard so

far - she has found no relief from anything with docs - and little

help/understanding. She has restless legs as well, I don't know if

that is different or part of it.
