Guest guest
Hi Jane, Yes I was going to post that you could add your favorite spices to the burgers. I know Shawn and Susie toss peppers into their dishes and I always add crushed garlic. The burger fries up well and is fast, inexpensive and you can do a number of things with that basic recipe I think. I'll bet you could fry them as balls and put on top of spaghetti also. The zucchini burger one from last night is really good and very crunchy on the edges, whipped up quick also. Add some spice to that one also if you try it. The melted bites of cheese set it off just right. When you try the carrot and peanut butter sandwich toss a few raisins on top. That's a yummy sandwich filling. Enjoy your day. It's always nice to hear good things about a recipe...................Donna Jane <twoslim wrote: Ohhh, I've never thought of a shredded carrot and peanut butter sandwich. Now I'll certainly try that. I also tried the carrot and chickpea patties everyone was trying this week. I really liked them, maybe I'll add some more spice next time. I had it with spinach, avacado and mustard on a toasted seseme bun! Having one for lunch today, I might add some banana peppers. Do you like the ants on a log? LOL Celery stuffed with peanut butter and raisins scattered on top (the ants) LOL Donna > > Jane <twoslim wrote: Oh, we love peanut butter on lots of things also.
