Guest guest
More of my digest bulk replies: Donna: Which one of your cookbook list is the cookbook for TVP? Is it the 'I Can't Believe It's Not Meat' by Roger,Diana & Monty Kilburn? i really would like to find a cookbook that focuses on tvp as i have several packages of the Bob's Red Mill tvp that i have yet to use up. TIA Elisa: i love poopyseed bagels! Mmmm The other day i was up n the mountains visiting my friend and she fixed me a bagel with cream cheese and she put a jar of organic sun-dried tomato pesto on the table for us to spread on top. Whao-boy, was that combo ever good! i have got to get a jar of that stuff. Donna: That chickpea burger recipe is a keeper! Hey, do you get those Meat-out Monday newsletters? The last one had some very interesting veggie burger recipes. i have yet to try them, so i haven't posted any here to the list, but i saved them into text files for my must-try soon Summer grillin' recipes. A person could eat a different veggie burger for a week and never have the same type or suffer from bored taste buds! Makes you wonder how meat-burger folks can handle it~ dull yuck! hehehe Laura-Marie: Is Wheatina like cream-o-wheat cereal? i just love that stuff. It is so filling and a wonderfully versatile " brekkie " porrich. *s* J Lyn: i just wanted to say Bravo to you on your eight weeks of veggie livin'! Yay :::coffeemug salute::: re: " Guilty " indulgences... not that i believe in the concept of guilt, but rather prefer to live life to the fullest and enjoy the fattening and/or unhealthy foods in moderation. But i too enjoy Amy's brand mac & cheese every now and then.
