Guest guest
Great idea about freezing hummus. i never thought about doing that before. Thanks, Donna. *s* Jiraph: i bet you are " roly-poly " cute, too. i love that term. *lol* Beauty comes from within and the goddess is radient in all sizes and shapes. Viva la diversity! :::coffeemug salute::: Cheers to all who are comfy in their skin and let their light shine. i am not the stereotypical scrawny vegetarian either, but like Donna my cholesterol is 154 and my BP is good. Kudos to anyone who has managed to lose weight going veggie; i actually gained weight because FINALLY the food tasted so good and i think i just ate more of it than i needed. *lol* Donna: That peant butter sandwich of yours sounds wonderful. Only thing i would add are those sliced dill pickles. Mmmm i love pickles on peanut butter sammiches! *lol* budgiegirl2003: i eat " normal " , easy-to-fix, and nothing fancy stuff for my breakfasts. i can't think of cooking something intense in the morning before i get my cup of coffee. Yesterday i had an egg, scrambled and wrapped in a whole wheat tortilla with some salsa and leftover stir-fried veggies from dinner the night before. It was so good. The day before that i had some corn chex cereal with a bit of skim milk and succanat sprinkled over it. Some mornings i have meuseli or oatmeal... sometimes cold veggie pizza! *lol* on to next digest.... ~ pt ~ If I ache, it's because we are apart and yet that can't be because you are inside and a part of me, so we really aren't apart at all.Ê Yet I ache but wouldn't be without the ache, because that would mean being without you and that I can't be because I love you. ~ Ronald Reagan (1911-2004), in a 1963 letter to his wife
