Guest guest
Well, I still don't love cooked greens... but cut up really small, they were edible in this soup. The soup itself was great, and DH loved it. It was slightly spicy (could be made spicier for folks who need more kick), I just wasn't much on the kale. I will keep at it though, training my tastebuds ain't easy! :-) Thanks for the kale recipes, Amy
Guest guest
I looked in the file also and didn't see it. It's Susie's soup post. Want me to type it from my cookbook? I printed and saved it, it's so good..Donna Whittington5 <critters wrote:I missed this recipe and don't see it in the archive. Can someone send it to me please. Guest guest
Off to grab my cookbook. I have a brother-in-law from Yucatan, mex. and I only know the chicken version also. This is a true treat and my brother-in-law loved it. he's very picky too. Be right back Whittington5 <critters wrote: Please if you have it and don't mind.... I have had Posole years ago that was made with chicken and it was great! I have a wonderful friend who is from Mexico. I'm sure it's even better if it's made without meat..... I didn't know there was such a thing so I'm excited to try it! Robin
