Guest guest
This sure picks up the meal with good flavor. They are good the next day if there's any left over. Almost non-fat too, 1 gram per serving. " Roasted Spicy Potatoes " 1/4 cup Dijon mustard 2 tsp. paprika 1 tsp. ground cumin 1 tsp. chili powder 1/2 tsp. salt. 1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper 2 lbs. tiny small red potatoes * Optional add minced onion or crushed garlic clove Spray a shallow roasting pan with nonstick cooking spray three times to coat well. In a small bowl whisk together Dijon mustard, salt and balance of spices. If potatoes are small or medium instead of tiny cut in half, if tiny pierce with fork a few times, add potatoes to spice mixture and toss to coat. Place in prepared pan. Bake uncovered at 375 degrees for 35-40 minutes. " I feel a recipe is only a theme, which an intelligent cook can play each time with a variation.
