Guest guest
Your garden of veggies should fantastic. I would love some of those to enjoy each day, especially the potatoes...........my favorite, any type cooked any way. I'll post my flaxseed/ zucchini bread recipe for you soon. It's really a good one. Yes, read up on the CQ10. Believe it or not my migraines are so much better and it has really helped my Mom, she has fibromyalgia and without it should would have zero energy.............Donna organic_homestead <organic_homestead wrote: Yum, I love zuccini bread. I have a food processor, but I thought perhaps the seeds would be too small to actually grind up. I have such a large bag, I'll give it a try. Also, if I make the zuccini bread it would be a great way to sneak something healthy in to my co-workers! hahahaha blondraptor just posted that info on raw foods and mentioned the CQ10. I'll have to look more into that. Interestingly enough, organic flax seed is becoming a lucrative crop here in Iowa. Farmers are starting to find out about the high $$'s they get and Spectrum Organics just built an organic flax plant here in Iowa! Maybe we won't get run over with GMO corn and soybean after all! -Denise , GeminiDragon <thelilacflower> wrote: > Hi Denise, > You're welcome. I toss them in quick breads, sprinkle over rice and my veggies, stir into cooked rice, etc. I have a high energy flaxseed and zucchini quick bread and I'll post it for you if you like. It makes a huge popping over loaf and isn't hard to make either. I cut it in slices and freeze for a quick breakfast bread. I also take Co-enzyme CQ10 but I have to be careful since I have too much energy so I take that one early in the morning every other day. Have you tried it?
