Guest guest
Yum, I love zuccini bread. I have a food processor, but I thought perhaps the seeds would be too small to actually grind up. I have such a large bag, I'll give it a try. Also, if I make the zuccini bread it would be a great way to sneak something healthy in to my co-workers! hahahaha blondraptor just posted that info on raw foods and mentioned the CQ10. I'll have to look more into that. Interestingly enough, organic flax seed is becoming a lucrative crop here in Iowa. Farmers are starting to find out about the high $$'s they get and Spectrum Organics just built an organic flax plant here in Iowa! Maybe we won't get run over with GMO corn and soybean after all! -Denise , GeminiDragon <thelilacflower> wrote: > Hi Denise, > You're welcome. I toss them in quick breads, sprinkle over rice and my veggies, stir into cooked rice, etc. I have a high energy flaxseed and zucchini quick bread and I'll post it for you if you like. It makes a huge popping over loaf and isn't hard to make either. I cut it in slices and freeze for a quick breakfast bread. I also take Co-enzyme CQ10 but I have to be careful since I have too much energy so I take that one early in the morning every other day. Have you tried it? CoQ10 is especially good for the heart, but be warned - take it with food! It can make you queasy!
