Yogurt does have lactose, and ice cream has a lot, as well as non-aged cheeses like cottage cheese and ricotta. " Lactose intollerant " and " cow milk allergy " are two different things, I think.... Lactose is a sugar, and aged cheese has no sugar. I think the little bacterias who turn it into cheese eat the sugar. This is my theory.
