Guest guest Posted June 6, 2005 Report Share Posted June 6, 2005 Cranberry Sandwich Ingredients (use vegan versions): 2 slices vegan bread vegan cream cheese (I used Tofuti brand) dried or canned cranberries walnuts (optional) sprouts (optional) Directions: Toast the slices of bread unless you have a sandwich press. Spread an ample amount of the vegan cream cheese on one slice. Spoon or place lots of cranberries on top of the vegan cream cheese. Sprinkle with walnuts and sprouts (if you're into that sort of thing ). If you do have a sandwich press, its amazing pressed (without sprouts).
