Guest guest Posted June 6, 2005 Report Share Posted June 6, 2005 I cook my kale like this: saute some garlic in a tiny bit of olive oil Throw in shredded kale saute for a moment or two until the kale starts to wilt a little bit Add water (about a cup maybe for a normal head of kale) and braggs or soy sauce to taste cover & cook until desired doneness, about 10 minutes.
