Guest guest
I can't remember who posted that soup, but thanks. I made it last night...my non-soup loving hub (yeah, one of those questions I should have asked before the wedding) was fussing about having soup when it wasn't cold...he'll tolerate soup in the winter...anyway, he took one taste and said, " this is really good " - he is a relatively good sport and eats whatever I feed him, greatful not to be cooking or doing the dishes himself, so a compliment is usually sincere. He went on to rave about it several more times. The kids liked it too, one quite a bit the other two enough to eat it and not complain! Thank you thank you - I will be making that one lots! I really liked it as well!! I'm guessing it is a mexican recipe...I crossed cultures a bit and served it with a bread salad (italian style) using two day old olive ciabatti, tomatoes, red onion, basil, olive oil & red wine vinegar. I also served veggie tortilla chips from Trader Joes, they are kind of like doritos, except not so salty and powerful..I like them way better. m
