Guest guest
Compote of Red and Green Grapes 4 Servings This special dessert can easily be scaled down to serve two if you like. Ingridients: 1/2 lb. seedless red grapes (1 1/2 cups) 1/2 lb. seedless green grapes (1 1/2 cups) 1/4 cup fresh orange juice 1 Tbsp. sugar 1 tsp. balsamic vinegar 1/2 tsp. grated orange zest Instructions Slice red and green grapes in half lengthwise and place in a medium- sized serving bowl. Add orange juice, sugar, vinegar and orange zest and stir to dissolve sugar. Refrigerate until serving time, about 30 minutes.
Guest guest
Pearl - I just got this too, from Dr. Weil's recipe email! :-) I haven't tried it yet though. Is it as good as it looks?? I just got grapes because they were finally USA-grown. Not local (CA), but at least not from Chile where they use who-knows-what pesticides. > Compote of Red and Green Grapes
