It's a good brand Denise. I usually make my own but this one you won't be

disappointed in.

Some of those boxed side dishes aren';t good even if there's no MSG, have you

noticed that? Donna

Have any of you tried the Kashi brand Pilaf? I saw it in our grocer's

" health " section with all the organic cereal. I like Kashi's other

cereals and this sounds really good. It says to make it for breakfast,

lunch and dinner. An idea to make a " hash " with it came to mind, with

a fried egg on top. Mmmm, I'll experiment for Sunday's breakfast and

if it turns out I'll post a recipe. It'll be something that I make up,

so there won't be any measurements. *lol*

Happy Friday all!

Denise

Yes, I'm always disappointed in the boxed couscous, it has a plasticy

taste. Instead I spend the extra $$ to buy a plain mix of sundried

tomatoe, spinach and regular couscous. I guess I'm lucky this grocery

store even carries it at all. I miss being able to buy things in bulk.

That mentality hasn't quite hit the small towns, yet. Well, actually

the things you can buy in " bulk " are candy, soda pop and beer. :-(
