My cut out recipe is brown and falling apart....LOL " Pront Soup " 2 vegetarian sausages cut into 1/2 thick pieces. Vegetarian jumbo dogs work too. 2 cups coarsely chopped cabbage 1/2 cup chopped green or red pepper 1 garlic clove crushed 1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning 2 11oz. cans of chili beans (undrained) 3 cups water 1 8 oz. can kidney beans (undrained) dash of pepper * optional grated parmesan cheese In large sauce pan saute sausage pieces in a small amount of oil until browned, add cabbage, green pepper, garlic and iIalian seasoning and cook until peppers are tender. Add chili beans and kidney beans, stir in water and heat. Serve in soup bowls with parmesan cheese sprinkled over top and a chunk of good bread beside the bowl.
