Flower Garden Cilantro Salad Dressing (recipe post-vegan)

Serve this over a large bowl of your favorite salad base such as spinach,

romanine, red leaf, field lettuce, bibb, watercress, etc.

 

" Flower Garden Cilantro Dressing "

 

1 garlic clove

3 Tbls. chopped fresh cilantro

2 green onions, trimmed

2 Tbls. white wine vinegar

1 Tbls. fresh squeezed lime juice

1/4 tsp. grated lime peel

2 Tbls. sugar

1/2 tsp. salt

1/2 cup olive or canola oil

 

In a blender puree garlic, cilantro and green onions. Add the vinegar, lime

juice, lime peel, sugar and salt, process until smooth. With the machine

running slowly pour in the oil. Chill, stir and serve.
