This is good with chips or as a topping for grilled tofu steaks

 

Black Eyed Pea Salsa

 

1 16 oz. jar salsa medium-hot chunky

1 1/2 cups cooked black eyed peas (or canned)

1 tsp. ground cumin

2 green onions chopped

3 Tbsp. minced cilantro

 

In a medium bowl combine all ingredients. Serve at once or refrigerate until

ready to use.

Makes 3 1/2 cups.
