Memorial Day Hi Andrew - chile rellanos

i love chile rellanos. i recently had a chile rellano

(in delaware, lol) that was stuffed with potatoes. i

have never had them that way. it was very good.

chile rellanos is a dish i haven't quite been able to

master at home....i can never get the batter right

(and i've tried many recipes).
