Guest guest Posted June 2, 2006 Report Share Posted June 2, 2006 Black Eyed Beans With Basil Sambuca Dressing 1 garlic clove, minced juice of 1 lemon 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar 2 tablespoons sambuca liqueur 2 tablespoons fresh basil, chopped 1 teaspoon black pepper, freshly ground Salad: 2 cups cooked black eyed peas 1/2 white onion, chopped 1/2 red bell pepper, diced 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil Combine ingredients for dressing.
