I made this last night for my dinner and man I think I

ate over 3/4ths of it.

I can't wait to finish it off tonight.

I added a smashed up garlic clove.

Black Olive Salsa

 

3 pounds tomatoes, chopped

1 1/2 cups black olives, sliced

1/4 cup onion, diced

1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

1 tablespoon basil vinegar (or regular vinegar)

 

Combine all ingredients and chill for several hours in

the refrigerator.

Makes 3 1/2 cups.
