Hello - Wanted to introduce myself

Hi All, I just wanted to take a minute to introduce myself. My name is

Cindy and I am looking forward to getting to know all of you. A while

back I started transitioning over to vegetarianism and I am hoping that

some of you may have some suggestions or tips for me. I am anemic so

if I don't get the proper nutrition I need, I get sick and worn down.

I have two kids that don't share my desire to be a vegetarian and I

have a very busy hectic life. Trying to prepare food for myself that

gives me all the nutriants I need to keep healthy has been very

difficult. Any suggestions would be very much appreciated. I know

that I have more specific questions that I will ask all of you when I

have a little more time:)

Cook in cast iron (especially acidic things like tomatoes and dishes

with vinegar or lemon juice in them). Also, there is an herbal liquid

iron supplement which is very good - Floradix. They also make a

yeast-free version, FloraVital, if that's an issue for you...

Thank you! I will check into the Floradix. Lack of iron is one of

my biggest issues.
