Guest guest
Okay, this is sort of a cheater recipe, but it is so good I had to share. If you are more ambitious go ahead and make your own favorite pizza crust from scratch recipe, but refrigerator dough works just great. I bet this would also work out well with those Trader Joe pizza doughs I hear so many raves about. Tomato Rosemary Focaccia 1 tube (10 oz) refrigerator pizza crust 2 Tbs olive oil 2 garlic cloves, minced 1/4 tsp salt 1 tsp dried rosemary, crushed and divided 2 to 3 plum tomatoes, thinly sliced 1 small red onion, thinly sliced Unroll pizza crust onto a greased baking sheet. Combine oil, garlic, salt and half of the rosemary; spread over crust. Top with the tomatoes and onion; sprinkle with remaining rosemary. Bake at 425 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes or until golden. Cut into rectangles. Yield: 6 servings ~ PT ~ You know more of a road by having traveled it than by all the conjectures and descriptions in the world. ~ William Hazlitt
