It depends on the amount of bacteria and the type(s) of bacteria. The best type is to let it age a little bit so it gets watery. Drink the watery part which is the whey. GB I Have Questions, Please Hi to all, I am a new vegetarian trying hard to learn how to feed myself. I've been shopping at Whole Foods (Houston) and found some pretty interesting things but wish I knew more about them. If someone has time, I have a few questions. Does soy yogurt have the same beneficial digestive qualities as regular yogurt? Gurubandhu If you cannot see God in all, You cannot see God at all.
