Guest guest Posted May 30, 2006 Report Share Posted May 30, 2006 Sometimes when I go to Whole Foods I find this wonderful cold broccoli made with sesame and cracked red pepper. It is a little spicy, but oh so good. I tried to duplicate this at home tonight. First, I steamed the broccoli and then quickly blanched it in cold water. After that I added a few shakes of tamari, cracked red pepper, and toasted sesame oil. Then I tossed it all together. It was really good, and I intend to make it again.
