Go to the dessert recipe folder and then the misc. & ethnic folder and the last

recipe is making Jello out of agar agar.

Does agar agar have a sea-like taste? Unlike you, Donna, I'm not so

fond of that flavor. :-)

 

Oh, the Bean-Wah salad is very good! I sent the URL earlier for this

recipe. Very yummy way to eat quinoa.

No sea taste. Not sure if you have ever eaten a fruit gel dessert in a Thai

restaurant, they use it.

Thank you. I was thinking I might try making it with grape juice, tang, peach

or strawberry juice etc. Have you tried this recipe before, using other fruit

juices, besides the apple juice? I appreciate your input.

I like white grape juice.
