Guest guest Posted May 30, 2006 Report Share Posted May 30, 2006 Citrus Rice 2 cups white rice 1 tbsp. butter or margarine 1 tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro 1 1/2 tsps. grated lemon peel 1 1/2 tsps. grated lime peel 1/2 tsp. salt Prepare rice as directed on package. Add butter to rice; stir until melted. Stir in remaining ingredients. Serve warm. Tip: Substitute 1 tbsp. grated orange peel for 1 1/2 tsps. each grated lemon and lime peels. Serves 4.
