Guest guest Posted May 30, 2006 Report Share Posted May 30, 2006 Roasted is my favorite! way to cook asparagus. You can also do it under the broiler for only 5 minutes if you just can't wait lol. Asparagus is also good on the grill. Same prep: drizzle with a little olive oil, smear with smushed garlic (or lemon zest, or both), pop on grill until done how you like, yum.
