Guest guest Posted May 29, 2006 Report Share Posted May 29, 2006 I would first rinse them and then soak them overnight in twice there amount of water. Or you can bring the water to a boil turn off and let soak for 2 hours. Drain water rinse again double the amount of water bring to a boil and then simmer until beans are soft.
