Guest guest Posted May 29, 2006 Report Share Posted May 29, 2006 2 Dressings for Potato Salad Dressing #1 plain soy yogurt fresh mint, chopped fresh parsley, chopped fresh chives, chopped (optional) lemon juice salt pepper Dressing #2 oil and vinegar (equal parts) prepared mustard (any kind, whole grain is good) salt pepper chopped green onions fresh chives, chopped (optional) Blend together all ingredients for your choice of dressing until smooth.
