HI Kristen:

 

I have been vegetarian for almost 15 Years, This year I will be married 24

years, my husband and son are not vegetarian. My daughter and I are my

daughter has been vegetarian for 11 years.

 

When I was a stay at home mom I would make whatever it was I was making for

dinner and if my husband wanted meat he would cook it. If he was cooking

meat he would make some for my son if he wanted it.

 

Now that I also work and my daughter cooks we make whatever we are making

for dinner and sometimes my husband has some to go along with his meat that he

cooks and sometimes he doesn't. At 19 my son in not home for dinner very

often.

 

I have never forced my vegetarianism on anyone in my family. My daughter

choose it as I did. My husband supports it just doesn't want to eat

vegetarian.
