Jeanne, isn't that funny about Burke's Simply Heavenly book? I think it's a

wonderful book but after knowing Amy and many of the recipes she looks for I

decided she will get better use from this book.

She and I made a person to person exchange of a few things and was wonderful

to meet her, I look forward to out next visit in the very near future.

When I bought the " Art of Tofu " cookbook (one of my favorites) I didn't cook

anything out of it for a year and almost gave it to the library, I have posted a

few of the recipes, it's now a favorite in my top 10 list of cookbooks.

I'm happy you are a vegetarian and with us now.

I have Burke's book which I came so-o-o close to giving away earlier this

year. I had been a non-veg for years before I came back to the fold about

a month ago. I still remember having that book in my hand (along with a

few other vegetarian titles) and then deciding no...I would keep all of

them. At the time I had no intentions of making a shift in my eating

habits....and here I am! I guess someone upstairs has a sense of humor.
