I tried Christiane's harissa roasted potatoes last week, but with a few additions of my own. I halved the recipe, added a good pinch of ground cumin and some whole coriander seeds, freshly ground red hot chilli blend (which comprises red chilli flakes, black pepper, sweet peppers, ginger and ginseng) and a good sprinkling of parmesan cheese.
