what is your favorite wrap to eat ?????

I keep romaine leaves handy and instead of a salad I will place left

overs in the leaves for a quick meal. They are perfect for evenings I

come home tired from a long day at work.

with peanut butter and crushed pretzels will do me just fine for a

snack.

Hummus with walnuts isn't bad either.

I made a great sandwich today. It could be a wrap but I didn't have any

whole wheat tortilla's.

Spinach dip, vegetarian chopped liver made from eggplant, mustard, lettuce,

cucumber, tofurky slices, pickled beets.

 

Yum.

My favorite wrap is with a mixture of diced mixed giardiniera ( hot peppers, hot

cauliflower, hot carrots, hot pickles & onions) with a dribble of Italian

dressing.
