Guest guest
Happy Holiday weekend! I do know what happens in the restaurant kitchens. I love being the chef in my own kitchen, I know what goes into my meal. I worked for years as a reservation manager in a large LAX hotel. I worked long hours and the chef and cooks were all so kind in showing how to prepare many things when I would take a break, but I would say I did see some odd things going on. I wrap my tamales in husks but if I had to make a huge amount I would use foil too. We won't ever get mad at you in here (:- ) Donna Get on board. You're invited to try the new Mail Beta. Guest guest
-Donna I try not to think about it when I go out to eat which is seldom. So many things go on that shouldn't and are so dangerous. Just this weekend sister and I ate at a quaint little mountain restaurant . Our veggie sandwhiches were great. The waiter placed our tea glasses on the table holding onto them by the tops. I could not believe it. We wiped the rims of our glasses before drinking. Last month I observed our waitress cough into her hand..a serious sick cough and then wipe her hand on the cloth that she was cleaning the tables. Yes, I called the manager of the restaurant and informed her . I too prefer being chef in my own kitchen and always know what goes into my meal. May the restaurant protecting angels be with us..LOL Smiles and hugs Deanna-- In , Donnalilacflower <thelilacflower wrote: > > Happy Holiday weekend! > I do know what happens in the restaurant kitchens.
