Guest guest
thanks for all the answers and hi sara! I'm concerned about if I do it the right way because I haven't made much change in my daily food. I need some vegetables containing much protein but not hard to find because I don't think my parents would try their best to buy some soyabeans or tofu to me. Also as I'm not very good in kitchen I'm not able to try the meals you share in the mesages. For you to see if I live healthily I can tell you that I eat meals which contain beans most of the time. I ate cabbage soup yesterday and pasta today. I really have hard times to find sth to eat so I eat chips or toast everyday for lunch in school. I have looked at the recipes but there are so much things in there that I think I can only try the sandwiches. I don't know much thing about vegetables and which one contain more of what so I'd be glad if you guide me basicly of which food to eat to protect my health.
