Guest guest Posted May 28, 2006 Report Share Posted May 28, 2006 Greens and Lemon 4 cups chopped fresh kale or spinach, mustard or beet greens 1/2 teaspoon fresh minced garlic 1/4 teaspoon fresh lemon juice salt freshly ground black pepper Steam the green, then toss with the garlic.
