I have been told the best non-dairy cheese for grilled cheese sandwiches.

It is Veggie Slices. Check the spelling because there are others out there

that spell it slightly different. On good bread, these are supposed to be

good in the American cheese flavor. They also have a good Swiss, Provolone,

and a few other flavors. They say the Cheddar isn't very good, but the

American is. Hope this helps.

These are good; I like the cheddar the best. I didn't like the swiss

very much. I like a real strong-tasting swiss and the Slices seemed

wimpy to me. They melt better inside sandwiches than on open-faced

ones.
