Guest guest Posted May 27, 2006 Report Share Posted May 27, 2006 Vietnamese-Style Spring Rolls 1 pkg. rice paper wrappers 2 ozs. bean thread 1/4 cup carrots 1/2 cup snow peas 3 tbsps. scallions 1 tsp. sesame oil 2 tbsps. soy sauce 1 tsp. rice wine All vegetables should be finely shredded/chopped. Mix the ingredients in a large bowl (Noodles should be soaked and drained prior). Soak the wrappers to soften. Add 2 tablespoons stuffing to each wrapper, and wrap according to package directions.
