Guest guest
Just a humble opinion, find her a better gift, I DO NOT recommend these books. You can find many of the recipes on the net and let her try them first and then you'll be happy knowing you saved your money. Are you talkin g about the book by Jo Stepaniak? I think that is her name. Are there any group of recipes that are recommended for cheese subs? I am asking this because my wife is interested in that book. It is her birthday tomorrow and I was thinking of getting it for her. > > Thanks > GB
Guest guest
GB, I'm more of a lurker but I did want to post regarding the Uncheese cookbook, I did go ahead and purchase her book after seeing bad reviews. I was very unhappy with the recipes I tried. I had the book one week and was careful with it. I took it back and exchanged it for " The Garden of Vegan " cookbook and I am very happy with that one.
